Please do not confuse the MiSS FPGA with our MiSTress I/O boards for MiSTer (DE-10 Nano). The MiSS FPGA is a stand-alone FPGA system and does not require any aditional third-party FPGA board to operate.

The MiSS FPGA is a stand-alone FPGA board designed to fit inside a Commodore Amiga 1200 case while using the original A1200 keyboard as the input device. It is compatible with both original Amiga 1200 cases and A1200.net reproduction cases.

The kit includes the MiSS FPGA I/O board and a Cyclone EP4CE22 FPGA module.

It runs the MiST FPGA firmware, and most MiST FPGA cores have been ported to this platform. Supported systems include Amiga (OCS, ECS, and AGA), Atari ST/STE/Mega, MSX2+, Sega Mega Drive, Neo Geo, SNES, PC Engine CD, Commodore 64, ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC, Atari 800, Sega Master System, and many others.

For 100% compatibility with all MiST cores, the EP3C25 FPGA module is recommended and is available separately.

Please contact us if you are purchasing the EP3C25 module together with the MiSS FPGA, as we can offer a discount on the combination.

The MiSS FPGA is based on the MiST FPGA platform and is designed specifically for installation inside an Amiga 1200 case. While the Minimig (Amiga) core is the most commonly used, most MiST cores are already available for this platform.

The board includes a 3D-printed mounting tray for installation inside the A1200 case, and no case modifications are required.

The board also features integrated MIDI output (TRS MIDI Type A standard).

The keyboard controller is based on QMK Firmware and is fully customizable using the QMK online configurator. A USBasp programmer is required to load custom keyboard firmware.

The Amiga 1200 case and A1200 keyboard are not included with the kit.

  •  EP4CE22F17 module.

  • 32 MB SDRAM.

  • Six free USB ports (supports USB keyboards, mice and gamepads).

  • Internal ZIF connector for A1200 keyboard.

  • Two DB9 classic joystick connector.

  • VGA/RGB output.

  • RCA stereo audio output.

  • Micro SD card slot (push-push style).

  • TRS MIDI output (Type A).

  • On/Off mechanical switch.
