This product is built to order and typically takes 4 to 6 weeks to be assembled, tested, and shipped.

The MiSTress 500 is a MiSTer FPGA conversion kit designed to install a Terasic DE-10 Nano inside an Amiga 500 casewhile using the original A500 keyboard as the input device.

The I/O board provides the same external connections as the official MiSTer Analog I/O Board v6.1. It also integrates a USB hub, an I2S audio DAC, and a low-latency DB9 joystick port compatible with Amiga, CD32, and Ataricontrollers.

The keyboard LEDs can be used as activity indicators (depending on the core), and the keyboard controller is compatible with QMK, allowing you to customize key layouts, layers, and macros.

The board includes 3D-printed mounting supports for installation inside the A500 case, and no case modifications are required. Mounting points for an internal 2.5-inch SSD or hard drive are also provided.

The external connections available on the back of the A500 case are: power jack, analog VGA/RGB, SD card slot, three USB ports, audio output, DB9 joystick port, and the User I/O port (USB 3.0 connector). The board also includes a mechanical power switch.

Internal connections include two USB ports, the A500 keyboard 8-pin connector, a secondary SD card slot, and a fan header.

The kit includes a USB hub cable, internal power jack cable, mounting screws, washers, nuts, and all required 3D-printed parts (hard drive tray, PCB tray, backplate cover, and fan holder).

The MiSTress is fully compatible with the Terasic DE-10 Nano. It can also be used with Mister-Pi (Taki Udon) and QM-Tech DE-10 Nano compatible boards, although some workarounds are required. At this time, we can guarantee full compatibility only with the original Terasic DE-10 Nano. For more information, please refer to the DE-10 Clonescompatibility document.

The Terasic DE-10 Nano, Amiga 500 case, and A500 keyboard are not included with the kit. HDMI and Ethernet extension cables are not included, and no cooling fan is supplied.
