ZXMMC for ZX Spectrum
Internal SD Storage for ZX Spectrum +2a/b and +3
€60.00
Out of stock
The ZXMMC interface, together with the +3e ROMs, allows the ZX Spectrum +2A, +2B, and +3 to use MMC, SD, and SDHC cards as mass storage devices. SDHC cards larger than 8 GB are supported, but only the first 8 GB can be used.
The interface is accessed directly from the Spectrum’s BASIC and operates in a similar way to an 8-bit IDE interface. Unlike the IDE interface, however, the ZXMMC can use the full capacity of the supported storage media thanks to its 16-bit addressing.
Its compact design allows for a clean and straightforward installation, with no cables or soldering required.
Includes +3e ROM set.
Compatible with ZX Spectrum +2a/b (black) and +3 (FDD)
x1 micro SD slot
Pin header for external SD slot
Supports MMC/SD/SDHC memory cards
Configurable storage unit ID (0, 1)
Includes +3e ROM set (two ROM chips)
Does not include Z80 CPU
